Server System Monitor Features
Website Monitor -See if a page is loaded including a check process to see if the page brings back a certain piece of information.
MS SQL Monitor - Check your SQL server and even include an SQL query to see if the database brings back the correct results.
Web Services Monitor - Monitor your web services or third party web services and submit a query to see if the web service generates the expected results.
Server Monitor - Check for responses from your internal servers to make sure that they have not gone down.
IIS Monitor – Confirm that IIS is responding correctly.
Disk Space Monitor - Ensure that a server has not reached a critical amount of disk space (Locked down servers would need IIS for this feature to work).
Email Sender - An email can be setup to automatically go out to one or more people when an event goes wrong.
SMS Text Message - An SMS text message can automatically go out to one or more people when an event goes wrong.
